At the current moment, we do not accept returns and therefore refunds cannot be issued in the event an Island Tails box is shipped back.

If you provide an incorrect address or insufficient, the shipment will be returned to our facilities. You will be responsible for the forwarding costs once that we have confirmed an updated address with you.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for the order.

However, sending back boxes no longer wanted, does not warrant a refund as we do not accept returns.
